Wayfinding and Grounding Zine

Developed by the Korbel School Social Justice Solidarity Coalition

This zine was created by the Social Justice Solidarity Coalition, as a resource for finding our place in the moment and the movement. It feels as if we are constantly called to action - to protest, to cry out, to rage on behalf of some new injustice. Without grounding, it can be easy to feel swept up into the work - and sometimes to feel swept away.

We know that a true orientation towards justice begins from within - and therefore, so do these practices. We hope to support you in cultivating an inner map of peace, purpose, and alignment, so that you can stay in the fight for the long haul. We take care of ourselves so that we can maintain the courage and clarity to fight for a better world.

The Social Justice Solidarity Coalition is a graduate student group committed to cultivating a just and equitable future through embodying solidarity, engaging in advocacy, and contributing to mutual aid efforts at DU and beyond.

Our wayfinding and grounding zine will take you first through a number of exercises to help you get into your body and find your center. From there we explore how to find our way in the movement through explorations of values, movement archetypes, visions for the future and more.

We encourage you to see this zine as a resource for both times of crisis and moments of planning, visioning and re-aligning on your path.
